Non-Profit Governance Charter

1. Purpose
The foundation's purpose is the development of ecology in the automotive industry: supporting cleaner manufacturing, research, recycling and education.
2. Bodies
The Board of Directors (správní rada) manages the foundation; the Supervisory Board (dozorčí rada) oversees its finances and compliance with the statutes.
3. Conflicts of interest
Members declare any interests and abstain from decisions on grants or contracts involving related parties.
4. Non-distribution
No income or assets are distributed to founders, members or staff beyond reasonable remuneration for work performed.
5. Reporting
An annual report and audited financial statements are filed in the public collection of documents each year.
