Core values

Practicality

We fund what changes a production line, not what looks good in a brochure.

Independence

No single company controls our agenda or our grant decisions.

Openness

Annual reports, accounts and grant results are public.

People first

The transition succeeds only if workers gain skills, not lose jobs.

Governance & transparency

A registered non-profit foundation

Nadace AUTOEK is a foundation under Czech law (Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code), registered in the Foundation Register maintained by the Regional Court in Plzeň. It does not distribute profit; all assets serve its public-benefit purpose.

The foundation is governed by a Board of Directors and overseen by an independent Supervisory Board. Annual reports and financial statements are filed in the public collection of documents.
